Housing Partnership

As of October, 2020, there were 8,102 unsheltered persons on the streets of San Diego County.  Countless more live in their cars and in substandard housing.  In addition to the existing crisis, San Diego needs to House the Next 1 Million (HN1M) by 2050.  Pro-active legislation and innovative building, championed by RS, THK Energy and Boxvana, will increase housing affordability and supply.  It is our belief that a roof over your head is a right, not a privilege.
